Looking to start your week grounded and present?
Join me for some free nature connection at BREC’s Goodwood Park every Monday morning. During this hour I will offer a guided meditation to open up our sensory awareness, then we will spend some silent time individually just immersing ourselves in sensory exploration of the park, and end with some mindful journal prompts for the week ahead. Let’s transform Baton Rouge urban space to our very own nature-based meditation studio.
Start your Monday morning with a mind boost!
LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, neurodivergence, disability, age, and diversity in all of its forms welcomed and encouraged.
* Bring a yoga mat, blanket or lawn chair to sit on, comfortable clothes&shoes, water, sunscreen/mosquito spray as required. If raining we will not meet, but if drizzling or overcast bring a raincoat. RSVP weekly so you can check for updates I send.
